APPLY & join our fast-growing team and create the future of the financial industry in Europe As a Card Specialist you will: Manage Mastercard / Visa Card transactions claims Manage scheme reporting Cooperate on a daily basis with outsourcers, incl. processors, personalization vendors and ATM networks Help in implementation and development of a Back-office Product/Card management system Implement and oversight payments schemes product Support card processing and manage card payments liquidity insure compliance with all payments policies and procedures including regulatory update, day-to-day oversight and management of all card processes including cards issuance, transaction processing and settlement, transaction reconciliation and clearing of differences You’re the right person for this position if you have: Knowledge of cardholder’s claims processing according to International payment scheme (Visa / Mastercard) regulations Minimum of 2 years of experience from a financial institution issuing payment cards/card processor operating cards Knowledge of card transactions processing, claims handling and settlement General knowledge of financial institutions payment products, including payment cards Experience in and knowledge of card management IT systems as well as other Back-office IT systems of financial institutions Analytical and creative skills Fluency in English Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience of working in an agile project environment and expertise in financial products law regulation would be a plus What we offer: Experience in a fast-growing international start-up Working hand in hand with the Cofounders.
