APPLY and join our fast-growing team to create the future of the financial industry in Europe As a Lead Customer Happiness Owner you will: lead a team of customer facing agents provide regular, timely feedback about quantitative and quality related achievements and areas for development - on an individual and team levels support professional and personal growth of reporting employees assure risk free, customer delighting service operations monitor customer service processes and achieved results provide timely and accurate reporting work with business, IT & Operations stakeholders on customer service processes improvements provide work scheduling monitor customer service quality create implementing tools to gain customers delight and happiness You’re the right person for this position if: you are fluent in Dutch/French and English language (Polish language is a plus) you provide honest and open communication you are open-minded and able to adjust to agile environment you have at least 12 months of experience in people management role (part or full time) you were involved in performance appraisals, you managed both over-achievers and under-performers you worked in customer service, account management or direct sales you were involved in reporting(you understand data and reports) What we offer: Gaining experience in a fast-growing international start-up Working hand in hand with the Co-founders.
