Warsaw TiVo Branch is looking for Here’s what you get to do: Maintaining a welcoming, professional and proper functioning of the reception. Assisting The Board Of Directors and HR Manager in daily operations. Providing support of incoming and outgoing mails, including foreign mails, documents and packages. Monitoring stock and managing orders. Being responsible for property inventory (hardware, office equipment). Ensuring proper flow of information, documentation and invoices. Cooperating with couriers. Taking care about business travels and hotel reservations. Cooperating with an external company for ordering and cancelling tickets. Supporting meetings and events management, by e.g. assuring conference rooms booking, catering. Assisting in organizing company’s events. Being responsible for contact with the building administrator in terms of maintenance issues, repairs, parking spaces and entrance cards. Maintaining contact with a cleaning service. Any other ad hoc activities. Here’s what you’ll need to be successful: At least 0,5 year of professional experience on an administrative position. Very good English, speaking and writing (used for daily communication). Excellent computer skills, with excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Great communication skills with dynamic personality and the ability to adapt to any given situation. Goal orientated self-motivated person with a business etiquette. Ability to manage various tasks against agreed timelines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills. Here's what we offer:
