APPLY & join our fast-growing team and create the future of the financial industry in Europe As a Treasury Back Office Specialist you will: Design and implement the treasure operational processes Manage treasury systems, including reconciliations between the Treasury Management System and all bank accounts Monitor compliance of all treasury activities relative to policies and market best practices Confirm treasury deals (including confirmation matching) and settlement processes Perform nostro accounts management reconciliations and ensure that the SWIFT-to-Treasury Management System straight-through processing is efficiently working Control account management process i.e. opening, maintenance and closing of accounts; Maintain agreements with external counterparties that were concluded on behalf of Treasury function Design, implement and maintain treasure processes for a newly established entity from the technology industry offering its services directly to banks You’re the right person for this position if you have: Very good knowledge of accounting for treasury activities i.e. International Financial Reporting Standards A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a treasury function in the financial services industry Knowledge of treasury, debt capital markets, financial instruments and structures Solid experience in working with Treasury Management Systems Previous experience in a treasury environment and solid understanding of treasury operations Experience in project management Solid grounding in financial systems database methodologies and financial modelling Advanced Excel skills and computer literacy (eg SQL, Crystal Reports) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English What we offer: Experience in a fast-growing international start-up Working hand in hand with the Cofounders.
