Main responsibilities Lead Monthly Close Process, prepares monthly review of Closing Binder (general ledger's analysis) Main point of contact with Shared Services Center (SSC) in the area of tax, accounting & purchasing Manage / solve any issues linked to pending booking entries (GRNI, AP, Fixed assets, travel expense reports and cut off) and all unmatched supplier/customer Set rules and coordinate validation process of travel / business expenses and purchases incl. CapEx Responsible for local implementation of group accounting projects, tools and systems Tax – (in collaboration with SSC) responsible for timely & complete reporting; ensure supporting documentation is complete for tax purposes; ensure data archiving is in line with regulations Statutory – (in collaboration with SSC) responsible for timely and complete statutory reporting Collaboration with tax, customs and other authorities, auditors Provide accounting data and analysis on management request Ensure accounting & financial procedures comply with group internal control requirements Office & fleet management and cost control Requirements Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting 3-5 years of experience as Senior Accountant / Independent Accountant (full exposure to AR, AP, GL & Tax areas) in limited liability companies; direct/indirect work experience with shared service centres is welcome Updated and practical knowledge of tax and accounting regulations (Polish & IRFS) Advanced level of English in speech and writing Practical knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MS Excel Very good communication skills Very good work organization and prioritization of tasks Autonomy, accuracy and sense of responsibility Hands-on approach to work and proactive attitude, problem-solving skills We offer Employment in international production company with high quality standards of work, a leading multinational high-tech automotive supplier; Good working conditions, healthcare and other social benefits; Competitive salary.
