Responsibilities: Own and improve the AP processes Support and/or participate in migration of business processes from European countries to SSC Lead the AP Team dedicated to English-language regions, within the SSC Be the first point of escalation for AP related issues for assigned region Own the learning and development of team members Be accountable for AP Operations/Targets/KPI’s within the assigned region Requirements: Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written) Higher education, preferably in the area of economics, finance, accountancy, business Management experience in managing AP teams in shared service center environment will be considered an advantage 3 years' experience in working for a shared services center or in the realization of consulting activities for this type of organization (AP preferred) Knowledge of SAP and other systems Very good communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem solving and organizational skills Continuous Improvement mind set Ability to foster good working relationships with other individuals and teams Good balance between assertiveness and diplomacy We offer: New office near Rondo Daszyńskiego Work in an international company giving a good opportunity to develop professional and foreign language skills Ambitious and motivating challenges Labor law contract Co-funding of additional benefits (medical care, Multibenefit or Edenred cards) Welcome pack for every new employee
