Billing Specialist with LanguagesMiejsce pracy / Location warszawa Nasz Klient zapewnia / Our Client offers For our client - international prestigious company - we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Billing Specialist in Accounts Receivable department. Main responsibilities: Generation of WIP reports, proformas, generation of draft bills - revision thereof Transfers of misallocated time or costs Issuing final invoices to the clients, recording of invoices Recording of cash collections for some billing assistants Ensure the letter of engagement or any document bearing the engagement terms is available Ensure that internal procedures are followed Ensure that the data (Clients’ addresses, matters, timekeepers, charge out rates and budgets, addresses, contact names and telephone numbers or email addresses, cap fees, payers) are up to date in the software Ensure top quality of invoices sent to the client Coordination of work with secretaries, partners and other members of the Finance Team Control of what is already done, what is pending, mastering their work schedule up until the monthly closing Our Client offers Friendly and modern work environment in global organization Employment contract with attractive salary (5500 - 6500 PLN gross) Benefit package Work in the centre of Warsaw Participation in interesting department projects We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who have Experience in Accounts Receivable (billing process and other general accounting procedures) Strong mathematical and organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail Fluent English (at least B2 level) and good knowledge of German or Italian language Experience in working with internal and external clients, excellent customer service focus Continuous improvement mindset
