Our Client is a global company with many years of experience in the Customer Service industry. We are currently looking for a newly created position of a Junior Finance Business Controller . The offer is ideal for candidates who want to learn more about the financial perspective in the organization (Helicopter View). The candidate will be "right hand" of CFO. Your main responsibilities will be: Act as Finance Business Controller providing input and support to budget holders with budget estimation, cost management Preparation of financial reports and analyzes Participation in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts Providing analytical support to other departments in the company Optimization and development of tools for accounting, analysis and reporting processes Preparing current analyzes, flow forecasts Preparation of budgets and their verification Preparation of reports for the Management Board Work with CFO and controlling team We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who: Higher education (finance / economics / mathematics) Have a minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position Have advanced MS Office skills, especially - Excel Have profficient English skills (B2) The ability to think analytically and draw conclusions Ability to work in a group Previous experience with SQL is preffered Knowledge of the FMCG industry or Services is welcome Our Client offers: Salary based on 9.000 PLN gross Good atmosphere and ability to work in truly multinational environment Fixed working hours A real impact on the career path and a chance for development and promotion Medical package and Multisport card Participation in training and language courses
