What will you do: As a Cash Collector in Order To Cash Department you will handle B2B relations with our customers. What will you do? Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals and assuring appropriate resolution Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and recover the debt and Keep accurate records and report on collection activity Analyze and reconcile bank statements, sub-ledgers, reports, and financial records Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Sales, Finance and Customers Resolve and investigate customers’ disputes Qualifications What do we expect? 2 years of experience in related customer support areas or equivalent Experience in working with SAP and in Accounts Receivable would be an asset Advanced English and Italian language skills (min.
