Job Description Within the Technology Strategy & Innovation (TS&I) practice, we are looking for a Business Consultant Application Transformation with relevant expertise and experience in modernizing and “cloudifying” of Application landscapes. As Application Transformation consultant you provide thought leadership and innovative direction on the disruptive business factors having material impact on clients; • Embarking on the digital journey and maximizing the value from digital transformation • Applications strategy, application modernization, rationalization and transformation • Journey to the cloud, the barriers and opportunity of infrastructure modernization to catalyze business transformation • Cost and flexibility of the infrastructure footprint, applying user centered computing. Atos is seeing increasing demand for Application Transformation professionals who can combine best practice industry frameworks and methods with depth of technical experience to guide clients and projects through complex technical options, governance and decision making processes. Atos has established an industrialized approach for Application Assessments (Decision Factory) and Application Transformation (Cloud Factory). We are looking for Application Transformation consultants who can act as the interface between the customer and the Atos factories. Main activities will be: • Guiding and supporting the customer in their Digital Journey • Guide and support the architectural discussions on the different transformation patterns for application (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) • Execute the Application Transformation programs • Ensuring the Business Case for the Application Transformation programs As a Business Consultant you will work in international assignments to support our customers with the improvement and optimization of their Application Landscape. Next to project delivery we expect our Business Consultant to add value in our portfolio development, support in sales processes and keep their knowledge up to date with training. Job Responsibilities Delivery of Application Transformation consulting engagements. Support in extending and optimizing the industrial Application Transformation approach Supporting Application Transformation related business development activities. Job Requirements Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant area Likely to have experience in consulting activities in the area of Application Transformation and/or Journey to the Cloud Good understanding of transformation patterns like Standardize on SaaS, Modernize on SaaS, Lift and Shift or Retain/retire Good understanding of possibilities of Public and Private Cloud environments • Actively considering multiple perspectives, and working to foster better communication across key stakeholders • Demonstrating innovative and collaborative behaviors • Proposing end-end solution architecture and strategy composed of business, information, application and infrastructure domains • Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders (CxO) • Able to hit the ground running and demonstrate immediate value on high-velocity projects • Takes responsibility for personal development and learning opportunities • Structured problem solving, including hypothesis based techniques Mobile internationally (50-100%) Fluent in English and ideally another European language especially German, Spanish or French ·EU work permit is a must Location: Anywhere in Poland, Warszawa, Wrocław, Bydgoszcz, Łódź or Kraków preferred.
