Business Analyst - Junior Consultant (Global Mobility Technology Team) Summary: Assisting the implementation projects of new clients, as well as supporting, administration and maintenance of existing clients. Provide assistance in troubleshooting, replication of application issues, and testing system upgrades. Analysis of companies' international mobility policies and processes Analysis of expatriate compensation package calculations Configure a system to best meet the requirements of Mercer clients Provide support to the on-going software implementation projects (participation in several implementation projects at a time) and/or supporting already implemented clients Create project deliverables such as user manuals and business documentation such as workshop/webinar meeting notes Participate in regular client calls and project start/end workshops Provide user training on a system configuration and usage Support Consultants in the delivery of information in non-standard format e.g. proposal/offers. already a similar experience - this would be a strong asset very good English (any other language: German, French, etc. is a plus) very good knowledge of MS Excel analytical skills and a logical approach attention to detail project management skills customer service orientation: ability to build relationships internally and with customers What makes the IDEAL candidate - but not required: knowledge of VBA and SQL is an asset HR, C&B or international mobility background
