Marsh & McLennan Companies Group Services is looking for a Q&A Analyst to join the team in Warsaw, Poland. DWH/ETL Quality Assurance Senior Analyst We are seeking a self-starter who can assist in creation of DWH test automation strategy, translate business and technical requirements into test scenarios and test cases, organise resources for functional and performance tests and maintain test environments. Candidate will work closely with project managers, technical leaders, business analysts, will analyze test results, report testing progress and defects and proactively work to resolve any issues. Create, execute DWH test cases during development phase Run functional and performance test on OBIEE Dashboards Report any anomalies in ETL process Be part of monthly DWH releases process, ensuring best quality of ETL or Dashboards fixes Enhance and support weekly and monthly data quality checks between HR Workday system and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Organize resources, both people and tools, during testing phases Improve the quality of data in EDW by ensuring Data Quality processes are followed Use SQL and/or OBIEE reports to proactively seek for new methods of finding data errors Be a self-starter and take independent responsibilities Be involved in development and maintenance of database for data warehouses projects University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience Good technical background Practical knowledge of scripting SQL/ PLSQL Understanding BI/DWH concepts and models Knowledge of the software development cycle and general knowledge of IT Software Knowledge of TestLink, Selenium, SoapUI, ITIL practices will be an additional advantage Competitive salary based on employment contract Attractive benefits package (including private healthcare, life insurance, MasterCard restaurant card, language courses, sports card, NYSE stock purchase plan) Office in a modern, ”A” class building next to M2 Metro Line / “Rondo Daszyńskiego” station (check out our office - https://goo.gl/SHmmxS or take the virtual tour - http://bit.ly/2M4IibY) with delicious tea / coffee / chocolate / fruits available in the office Business casual dress code, flexible working hours & home office Excellent personal growth opportunities International working environment
