This will include a variety of virtual computing technologies including Azure, Active Directory in the Cloud, Single Sign On & Microsoft Identity Manager • Provide solutions, technical project implementation, and 2nd and 3rd level support to business unit’s Service Desk Team and Business Application teams • Participate in architecture of Identity & Access solutions to meet business requirements as necessary and to provide product recommendations, as well as create detailed specifications • Recommend, develop and maintain the tools supporting the environment • Document findings and provide information to upper management • Mitigate risks to the end-user operating environment by working closely with Security Officers and Service Desk team • Identify and resolve issues as they develop. Understand trends, initiate and manage corrective action on problems to prevent them from recurring related to the user workspace • Develop and maintain processes and documentation for BU’s Service Desk Team • Responsible to apply and to assure that Danone Group Standards are implemented. Make proposals for Danone Group Standards improvement
