The Information Security team in Warsaw, established in 2015, is growing and expanding global capabilities to protect PepsiCo and enable the business securely. That is why we are looking for: Identity Management Specialist The position will be responsible for working with PepsiCo Business, project teams and other staff developers to deliver access forms in PepsiCo’s Identity system. The Security Specialist will also be responsible to ensure that PepsiCo access security guidelines and standards are adhered to while meeting the requirements for the business. The Security Specialist will be expected to continuously improve the time to delivery, cost and risk associated with access request functionality, while driving future direction and evolution of access management technologies and processes We offer: • Global position in a highly skilled , multinational team • The opportunity to contribute to enterprise wide projects in an iconic, leading manufacturing company • Learning and development possibilities • Brand new office located downtown • Private medical care and insurance • Multisport card Your role is to: Gather requirements and guide / recommend the right integration pattern for applications needing services, taking into consideration the impact to the environment and standards set in PepsiCo Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation or requirements for associated projects Work with Business users, Operations team and Security team to deliver access request capabilities and security capabilities Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metric reporting. Advocate secure computing practices and procedures, and communicate Information Security best practices throughout the company. Conduct POC and evaluate new solutions for Identity Management as needed Perform and drive Unit, Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Work with Enterprise Architecture and Security teams in specifying technical requirements for Access Request forms in Identity Management and ensure the right architecture/design is implemented in enabling for the business Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly identifying the best option in an emergency situation Demonstrate strong problem solving skills Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers Demonstrate strong problem solving skills Monitors and ensures team SLAs To qualify for the role you must have: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience • Master degree OR a minimum of 6 years information technology and security experience • 6 year experience of information security experience with a focus in Identity Manager development and integration with CA or comparable product • 6 years’ experience of information security with a focus in Identity Management Preferred skills: Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to perform the duties listed above while demonstrating the functional and technical skills and competencies necessary to be highly-effective in the role. These skills and competencies include: • Good programming and scripting experience using Java or JavaScript • Good understanding of business processes associated with access recertification, user management lifecycle and ability to design and implement work-flow and rule-based provisioning solutions • Understanding of business processes associated with user management lifecycle and ability to design and implement work-flow and rule-based provisioning solutions that meet complex business requirements preferred; • Good data analysis and presentation skills • 4 years of experience with troubleshooting issues with access governance and Identity Management solutions, and n-tier Web applications • Infrastructure experience with supporting Identity Management solution on Linux platform • Demonstrated experience with all phases of the system development lifecycle at an enterprise level; • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated track record as a team player; and project leadership experience handling multiple work-streams simultaneously; LI-Poland Qualifications/Requirements .
