Accenture Digital practice is looking for Junior and Senior UX Designers to join our office in Warsaw. UX Designer’s Responsibilities : Analysis of business requirements and strategic insights and transforming Collaboration with client and our business and development teams Working with development teams to ensure technical feasibility of design Designing User Interface Create wireframes, prototypes using Sketch, InVision and Axure Usability testing and user research Who we're looking for – Junior UX Designer · BA in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Cognitive Sciences, Psychology or Computer Sciences · 1-2 years of relevant work experience (but if you did interesting internships while in college that were UX related, do not hesitate to say hello too) AND: · You have heard of such things as: SCRUM, design thinking, cognitive load · You feel comfortable talking about design and can argument your decisions in a deeper manner than just saying “because it looks cool” · You do know basic differences between iOS and Android design guidelines · You won’t scream and run away if we ask you to design wireframes using Sketch and get them interactive using InVision Who we are looking for – Senior UX Designer · BA in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Cognitive Sciences, Psychology or Computer Sciences · 4-6 years of relevant professional experience · Proficiency in Sketch, Axure RP, InVision and other prototyping tools · Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap · Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process · Direct client interfacing experience · Experience designing CRM, eCommerce or any other large scale projects · Ability to facilitate client workshops (preferrably using design thinking methodology) AND: · You have some an opinion which of the recent UX trends are completely pointless · You are able to say “ok, I’ll do it” if we ask you to discuss to back-end developers or software architects how their decisions negatively impact user experience and what should be done differently · You know not only what is wrong with some user experience, but also how to fix it (we are looking for a doer, not a thinker) What Can We Offer Apart from the obvious, such as generous benefits package, you will also get: · Chance to be part of projects that are considered to be the most advanced and innovative in its category and implemented on a large scale (think hundreds thousands users) · You will gain exposure to latest technologies and have a chance to grow into expert in your field (AR, VR, Internet of Things, Smartglasses to name a few) · Internal and external trainings · Clear career path and opportunity to work in international environment
