Wymagane na tym stanowisku: MS Exchange - Bardzo dobrze PowerShell - Dobrze Mile widziane: O365 services , AD services Inne Wymagania: Poziom doświadczenia: Mid The ideal candidate will have: - University degree in computer science or related - Minimum 4 years of working experience in IS/IT service delivery of which at least 2 years experience of working on an independent position - Minimum 2 years of working experience in MS Exchange Online administration in complex environment - PowerShell practical knowledge - Fluent English - Experience in administration of other O365 services is an advantage - Knowledge of AD services will be well perceived - Experience in leading and coordinating projects is an advantage Personal skills: - Effectively communicates in a multicultural environment, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve - Strong team player: collaborates well with others being part of on site or virtual teams, to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources - Creativity, innovation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Change oriented: actively generates process improvements, supports and drives change, and confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways - Drive standardization, simplification and resolves reported problems entrusted to domain responsibility in accordance with agreed terms of the SLA. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Projekt, w którym możesz pracować: Scope of responsibilities: - Maintain service and solve problems related to Exchange Online/O365 service in line with SLA - Plan and execute changes agreed with internal customer and in line with Company policy - Ensure high level of service delivery to the internal customer - Troubleshoot complex technical issues - Contribute in the projects to deploy / enhance solutions & procedures in compliance with standards and SLAs - Actively look for improvements, security and innovations. Recommend and implement them after acceptance of the superior - Provide and permanently develop knowledge of infrastructure and systems - Prepare technical documentation, specifications, templates and procedures - Work with other IS / IT field teams
