Company and position overview: Global Manufacturing Company, well-known brand, leader in its field Cyber Security Center located in Warsaw is responsible for cyber security risk for the company globally Team of over 300 specialist responsible for Security area located in two HUB’s: USA and Poland Work in highly skilled and multinational environment Attractive salary annual bonus Benefits package: Private medical care, Life insurance, pension scheme, Sport Card Brand new office in attractive location Contract of Employment Working hours 12:00-20:00 (due to close cooperation with North America) Key functions: Acting as an SME in the Risk and Compliance Team in supporting multiple application to ensure all user/system access is successfully incorporated into global security and access management processes in compliance with SOX, Active Directory and UNIX PowerBroker standards. Conducting detailed analysis of Privileged access i.e. Local Server admin, Active Directory administrator access, Unix Powerbroker roles and the access provided by each role to enable proper SOD, SOX, and governmental controls for Europe. Responsibility for consistent and timely monitoring of multiple platforms, servers, systems and tracking the remediation efforts against any violations found Responsibility for North America Sector and reporting directly to Information Security Senior Manager who has overall responsibility for access to platforms globally. Review and advocate idM Access request processes in compliance with security policies and audits. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of IT security experience or relevant Security certifications Expert knowledge of Active Directory, UNIX PowerBroker, SOX Compliance, IgM Access request, Very good knowledge of monitoring tools, audit and privileged access administration, security policy, process management, compliance and controls Experience with various ID administration processes for platforms (Windows) and Operating Systems (Windows, or Unix/Linux); or Databases (Oracle, SQL etc) Strong Sector business knowledge and specific standards Knowledge of project lifecycle and project management methodologies in order to drive common global objectives and ensure critical SOX controls are completed. Very good communication and problem solving skills together with the ability to identify and recommend alternatives in cooperation with global (remote) teams and effectively influence others to modify their opinions, plans, or behaviors.
