Wymagane na tym stanowisku: ServiceNow - Bardzo dobrze ServiceNow components - Bardzo dobrze Inne Wymagania: Poziom doświadczenia: Mid Responsibilities • Working with incidents and other customer requests (eg. enhancements, defects etc.) • Responsible for the configuration and development in the ServiceNow platform including various modules and plug-ins with cooperation of development team • Build/develop service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams • Providing software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports • Transfer knowledge of service operations to appropriate staff • Develops technical documentation. • Coaches and trains ServiceNow users • Leads continuous service improvement efforts • Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies Minimum Requirements • Proven experience in support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Demand, Project, Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release • Must have good analytical & innovation skills to study the current state of processes and reporting, perform gap analysis and recommend improvements • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL V3 Foundation Certified • Bachelor’s Degree – Information Technology Projekt, w którym możesz pracować: Summary Clearly designs and articulates technical solutions utilizing the company’s Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system, ServiceNow. Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and deliver to the ServiceNow roadmap Qualifications • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and work comfortably with management and technical personnel • Experience utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives • Candidates shall possess the skill to support the ServiceNow platform as Demand, Project, Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release • Attitude to search for answers when they aren't easily accessible • Able to effectively interact with users to drive system requirements and design solutions based on ITIL/ITSM best practices • Experience with web services integration • Executing basic scripting of business rules, UI/UX concepts, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
