Tasks Working closely with business analysts, and development teams to define goals and requirements with our international partners (gathering UX requirements during workshops and translate them into UX project) Preparingand presenting demo propositions of solutions to stakeholders from diferent branges (mockups, clickable prototypes, website wireframes, interfaces) Conducting research to understand the product, the user, business need and market opportunities in the product Working in a few projects at the same time in international and agile envirement Requirements 2 – 6 years of proven experience (we are looking for 2 Specialist, show us your experience, the most important for Lingaro is your mindset and willing to learn and grow). English on proficient level, both spoken and written is a must. You will join the international Team. Experience in working closely with business clients (B2B projects) Strong attention to detail and analythical mind Familiarity with graphical design trends (experience as a graphic designer will be appreciated) Strong understanding of the design and usability principles, ability to estimate plan and deliver tasks according to schedules Ability to deliver artifacts (mokaups, wireframes, prototypes, etc) under tight time constraints Knowledge in scope of user interfaces optimization issues, as well as best practices how to create interfaces for various products Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML/JavaScript will be appreciated Offer We believe that our employees are the foundation of our success now and in the future.
