Provide daily support at first and second line of support to users of various web applications/systems by identifying technical issues and ensuring proper resolution Process user requests within available system configuration & functionalities and escalate recognized change requests to third line of support Monitor stability of the business application and system reliant services Work in close relation with other support teams and software providers to resolve application bugs and implement fixes and changes Administration of fundamental application setup Manage relationship with business users and stakeholders to make sure that solutions provided are fit for purpose Coordinate testing of fixes and changes to applications before implementation to live environments based on prepared test scenarios Maintain your workplace in IT Management System to ensure proper tracking and transparency of work Preparing enhancement specifications and change request specifications Ensure timely and efficient issues resolution Keep manuals and documentation up to date Follow and update support processes, procedures and audit certification requirements Processing invoices in global accounting system Participation in vendor setup process Providing daily service to EMEA Customers Regular update calls with Clients and management of action items status Participation in financial month end close process Ad hoc analysis and reports based on internal needs and Customers requests Very good written and spoken English 6 months of supporting of a strategic business application Business value oriented attitude Good understanding of basic accounting principals Proactive and able to work in changing environment Ability to work in multinational environment and focus on customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise and manage workload Good Spreadsheets knowledge (MS Excel) ITIL Foundations knowledge or equivalent knowledge will be a plus Career opportunity in a multinational company Multilingual (12 languages used in everyday work), friendly work atmosphere Private medical care with very attractive pack Competitive benefit package (life insurance, free language lessons, sport & recreation allowance-Benefit system) Participation in financing postgraduate studies or other trainings Work place located in quickly developing office district with an easy access to public transport and Shopping Centre New office place in recently finished modern building
