Given our expansion plans and exciting new projects, Testronic is currently looking for: Assistant of Project Management Location: Warszawa Assist Project Managers and QA Management with their requests and task assignments Adhere to company security procedures and escalate perceived breaches to supervisor Apply and comply with company policies and procedures Keep project administration, related documentation and system data accurate and up to date Assist in the organization of on-site Quarterly Partnership Reviews or Client visits Assist in the organization of business trips (client visits, conferences, events, etc.) Assist in internal recruitment (set up interview dates, hours and resolve scheduling conflicts) Verify that project folders and sub-folders on NAS contain only content relevant to the project Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills Meticulous and thorough approach towards work Excellent communication skills in English language – both oral and written Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills Ability to multitask effectively while under pressure and to deadlines Proven experience as a Project Management Assistant would be a plus Involvement in a wide variety of topics and tasks Close collaboration with our expert Project Management team Opportunity to cooperate with a range of different functions within the organisation A full-time job based on permanent contract and social package Highly international and multicultural environment Friendly and open work atmosphere
