Mars is looking for Brand Manager who will be responsible for the local brand(s) performance through deploying the European created strategy, portfolio offer, communication, activation toolkits and R3 framework adapting it to local market needs, translating it into compelling consumer and customer value propositions relevant to the local Polish Retail Environment. As a Brand Manager You will: Implement the full brand activation plan (launches, relaunches, sampling, promos) as per the European defined brand plan, adapting it in the context of Polish Trade and Consumers and business unit strategies Lead the local ideal customer profile for the brand (full 360) based on European frameworks Create the local Media Plan to support the brand plan leveraging the European R3 and creative materials Translate and refine European defined Point of Interest and Instore material, tailoring to Polish trade needs and where needed, create specific Polish solutions. Translate European defined pricing strategy into Polish market consumer pricing recommendation with corresponding promotion guidelines Provide all Polish market inputs for stage gates and European initiatives. Responsible for brand performance target Ensure relevant tracking and monitoring of overall brand performance and drive required actions to deliver plan Gather local market and brand performance insights and feedback to regional forums to ensure the right level of support needed to deliver brand and business Review performance of national and customer specific promotions to ensure Category and Customer Review and optimize opportunities to maximize visibility, trial and turnover of the brand instore.
