This is role has a significant exposure to the entire center and to the region. The role is reporting directly to Head of the center, is a part of Management Team and is working closely with all people managers. As a Business and Knowledge Management Analyst you will be responsible for coordination of satisfaction surveys, as well as communication. You’ll be responsible for internal activities and organization of internal (for EBSC) actions like: Preparation of townhalls Process streamlining and OE initiatives (process maps, manuals, communication) Coordination of projects aiming at development of employees and better organization of their work Implementation of internal procedures, playbooks, guidelines and cooperation with Process Improvement Group This role is for you if you are: a fluent English speaker and you have a good command of MS Office / Excel; already familiar with JIRA this would be beneficial for both parties good at building relationships and you can easily communicate (both orally and writing). We are also looking for Candidates who have already a similar experience (1-2 years), but the most important for us is your attitude – your willingness to learn new things and to propose new solutions for the management team.
