Location: Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland No Relocation Assistance Offered 71153 HR Generalist Responsibilities: Be a point of contact for HR topics for managers and employees Lead all steps of recruitment processes in cooperation with recruitment agencies or independently Coordinate and conduct onboarding process for new employees Provide end to end HR advice to managers in salary planning and succession planning processes Manage performance management & development process for employees Sharing labor law knowledge with managers and employees Support initiatives focused on building strong organizational structure and engagement strategies Update HR systems and other assigned tasks Initiate and lead internal communication regarding employee issues (current matters, employee communication, individual matters) Ongoing cooperation with personal administration and payroll service provider. Participates in ad-hoc HR related projects and activities conducted in the company Qualifications: Master degree in HR or related matter At least 3 years of experience in similar position within the international environment Excellent communication skills in English written and spoken Knowledge of Polish labor law Autonomous, results oriented, promoting team-work, problem solving Perfect time management Experience in working in a matrix environment Ability to work independly as well as be a part of bigger team in various HR initiatives Are you interested in working for Colgate-Palmolive?
