Location: Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland No Relocation Assistance Offered 71621 At present we are seeking candidates for the position of: Warehousing & Distribution Coordinator with German Responsibilities: Monitor performance of Logistic Service Provider (LSP), from both a cost and quality perspective to ensure on time and complete deliveries and efficient execution of Logistics requirements, such as inbound receiving, order picking, delivery; Resolve service issues and communicate to internal customers; Execute data collection and generation of periodic reporting requirements to support transportation, warehousing and logistics procurement; Identify and implement improvements on both the CP and LSP sides to drive efficiencies and cost savings; Supply data and analysis to support the business decisions and budgeting processes; Manage the process for maintaining system data as it relates to departmental needs, to assure accuracy and reliability; Supports network optimization modeling process through data collection, population and utilization of decision support software; Ensure that all local regulations are met and that products are received and shipped to meet customer requirements; Tracks / monitors the interface between systems and resolves connectivity issues ensuring that all orders are transmitted and processed. Qualifications: A minimum 2-3 years of proven track record on similar position; Experience in logistics/warehousing gained in an international company A Master degree in logistics or similar area will be an asset; Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); Working knowledge of SAP (logistics module); Very good knowledge of MS Excel Strong analytical and communication skills; Results & customer oriented; High degree of accuracy and attention to details; Proven ability to work in team.
