No Relocation Assistance Offered 73284 - Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland Responsibilities: Supports network optimization modelling process through data collection, population and utilization of decision support software PO creation and validation & "pre-invoice” process Costing of the shipments including multi drops, Gasoil extra costs, waiting hours, night deliveries etc. Validate and approve invoices for payment Monitor performance of LSP’s, from both a cost and quality perspective to ensure on time and complete deliveries and efficient execution of Logistics requirements, such as inbound receiving, order picking, delivery, etc. Resolve service issues and communicate to internal customers i.e. Customer Service, CDT, SNP, LSP’s and LLP Execute data collection and generation of periodic reporting requirements to support transportation, warehousing and logistics procurement Qualifications: A minimum 2-3 years of proven track record on similar position; Experience in logistics/warehousing gained in an international company A Master degree in logistics or similar area will be an asset; Fluent in English and French(written and spoken); Working knowledge of SAP (logistics module); Very good knowledge of MS Excel Strong analytical and communication skills; Results & customer oriented; High degree of accuracy and attention to details; Proven ability to work in team.
