For our Sales Effectiveness Team in Warsaw we are looking for a: CLIENT BUSINESS PARTNER (FMCG CLIENTS) WHAT’S THE TEAM? The Sales Effectiveness team is focused on helping manufacturers and retailers to understand the levers that influence consumer purchase decisions, and via consultancy, the Sales Effectiveness team gives guidance to our clients how to optimize their strategy and tactics at every step of the sales process to obtain better results. We are helping our Clients answer the biggest sales challenges by: Identifying golden stores with the highest consumer penetration Planning profitable assortments within shelf and retailer constraints Strategizing trade promotions with insights and benchmarks Driving fact-based, consumer-centric merchandising and shelf decisions Measure in-store performance to adjust conditions for maximum return on investment WHAT’S THE JOB? Your key task would be to partner with our clients and use data to explain what is happening with their brands and what they should do to improve business performance. Working with both your Nielsen colleagues and spending time with clients, you will build partnerships to allow you to understand your client needs and requirements. You'll use this knowledge to lead the projects to develop in-depth analytics and create compelling stories that deliver the insight to drive business growth. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain strong networking and engagement with key players & sales people across a broad base of client targets Clearly understand the needs of the different persona's at the client end - Sales, Commercial Directors, Revenue Management, Category Management Negotiate with senior clients with the use of different levers Own the business plan: financial target/proposal submission/revenue on hand/pipeline Hold accountability for business planning and implementation Track the financial performance of the clients Collaborate closely with Delivery COE team to drive seamless delivery to clients WHAT’S THE PERFECT CANDIDATE? For this business crucial role, you would need to have a strong FMCG background as well as a good understanding of the market research industry. Key requirements: Min. 3 years of experience in the FMCG environment: Category Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, or other relevant areas Experience from the Market Research industry would be a big advantage Knowledge in sales processes in FMCG companies Strong sales leadership and ability to build enduring relationships with C-level executives Excellent problem-solving skills, solution-oriented and strong analytical skills Strong collaboration, networking skills Fluent Polish and excellent business English; both verbal and written Good knowledge of Nielsen products, services and data WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
