Acting as an Operational partner for Clients and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for Client satisfaction improvement and various Client solutions deployment to deliver the required business targets in line with Client expectations. CLIENT SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU: Building and executing long term relationship with the clients on operational aspects Acting as a main point of contact between commercial and operational teams as well as the clients Continuously collaborating with the commercial teams to identify clients’ needs and opportunities that need to be addressed Identifying and implementing solutions to simplify deliverables of Nielsen data to maximize value for clients Interacting with a team of experts, commercial, product, technology and operations leadership at local/group level YOUR PROFILE: Combined experience within client servicing, customer support, operations and/or project management Strong leadership and communication skills Result orientation, ability to drive initiatives forward Change management and strong decision making skills Good analytical skills – ability to interpret data and draw conclusions from operational data Very good English and Polish Excellent communication skills - being able to communicate effectively and to work in a cross functional matrix organization Very good working knowledge of MS Office YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO GROW: At Nielsen, you will experience a dynamic, open, and solution-oriented international environment, where we support your development through a trust-based feedback culture and diverse training possibilities.
