Your role in Atos - Job Description Cloud Security Architect - GRC Senior Consultant role is a strong technical position will be responsible for ensuring that customer’s Cloud solution, Connectivity Platform products and services are designed securely and are technically sound and supportable. You are ensuring that security is integrated into cloud-based products and services, aligning business strategy with IT working with business leaders, technology architects, solution designers, and vendors to design cloud security solutions that meet the business needs of the enterprise. Your contribution is the following: • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the organization to drive end-to-end cloud security architecture. Maintain overall industry knowledge on latest trends, technology, etc. • Creating security reference architectures for the public, private, and hybrid cloud initiatives. • Analyzing and design cloud application deployments and security strategy and processes. • Demonstrating leadership ability to back decisions with research and the why, and articulate several options, with pros and cons for each, and a recommendation. • Driving the security conversation and assist customers by providing deployment guidance, supporting development of the customers cloud adoption model, and providing appropriate recommendations to secure their workloads. • Developing deep relationships with key customer decision makers, who drive cyber security solutions within their company. • Coaching other team members to become expert in engaging in cloud security conversation with customers. You will play an instrumental role in defining customer’s cloud security maturity and technology services. You are in tune with evolving hybrid cloud options, and well versed with its security implications. You have industry experience with creating highly efficient CI/CD pipeline following Secure by Design principles. You are comfortable with highly distributed hybrid architectures and must be able to rationalize security controls across these deployments. You will bring an agile approach and can break complex problems into simple solutions. You can effectively articulate technology architectures to business leaders with an executive-level pitch. You follow latest technology and map it to business outcomes. Your role is a part of customer’s cross-functional team and characterized for trying new approaches while supporting growth and innovation of Atos customer’s business. You will provide technical analysis of customer’s existing and future security products and services as well as participate in benchmarking exercises to align solutions to industry best practices. Moreover, you participate in Atos proposal management process to deliver customer-centric solutions; architect and design secure broad sweeping solutions using industry best practices and technologies focused on Cloud and Networking services. Dependent on the project you may be also a part of team responsible for day-to-day operations of all aspects of our cloud delivery environments, as well as ongoing initiatives to ensure exceptional levels of reliability, scalability, security, and quality of service. You may be also asked to manage the Cloud Ops Security and Network Administration - Firewall, Antivirus, HIPS, Web Application Firewall, MFA, etc. Other responsibilities may include: Monitoring for and review vendor patches for applicability and impact to Cloud Ops network and systems Remediate vulnerability findings (identification, analysis, impact assessment, prioritization and remediation) from dynamic, static and infrastructure scanners. Managing vulnerability scanning tool infrastructure, policies, and configurations related to Cloud environment. Advising on how to generate reports/dashboards on vulnerability findings and remediation compliance and summarize information to facilitate remediation tasks for the cloud environment. Report to Information Security management concerning residual risk, vulnerabilities and other security exposures, including misuse of information assets and noncompliance Ensure all cloud information security related documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized individuals. Support external audits of cloud environment by providing audit evidence Work with the various units to facilitate IT cloud risk analysis and risk management processes Create presentations reporting findings from Cloud Information Security activities What Are We Looking For / Essential skills and competencies: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience More than 5 years of experience in architecting enterprise applications using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware NSX, IBM Cloud, RedHat OpenStack/OpenShift, and/or containers-based hybrid cloud architecture, as well as with native AWS and Azure tools and services. Experience in distributed technology architectures and in native cloud services, security architecture Knowledge on cloud security for access identify management to security groups Experience in deployment multi-tier application across a custom defined Virtual Private Cloud Experience in multi-level network environments with AWS, Azure Experience in design of scalable, secure, reliable and efficient technical cloud ecosystems to support enterprise applications Significant hands-on experience with cloud security, firewall, DMZ, Extranet, VPN, and intrusion detection technologies Knowledge of all Windows platforms, AIX, Solaris, HP-UX and Linux/Unix and advanced understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite Knowledge different database types like DynamoDB, Redshift, etc. Experience with API and Gateway functions like Lambda and API Gateway (or similar) Experience with interconnecting networks with cloud environments Experience in architecting cloud networks to be secure and robust Practical knowledge of cloud networks, routers, gateways, and vpn connections to enable to interconnect cloud environments with on premise networks Experience with Agile, SAFe, CI/CD, DevSecOps and with vulnerability management understanding their exploitation, manually validating/reproducing automated findings and risk assessment Experience with cloud security controls, both native and third party, in building Secure DevOps pipeline. Experience with building automation frameworks. Experience working in partner/channel routes to market as well as digital/catalog based sales model. Knowledge of cyber security standard frameworks such as ISO and NIST and experience with different cloud computing platforms and the cloud security framework. One of more of the following certifications: Google Cloud Certified (GCP) Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) Certified Architect Associate (CAA), AWS Certified Solutions Architect – professional, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CSA Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP). Current CISSP, CEH, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, CompTIA Security, PCNSE (Palo Alto Newtorks Certified Network Security Engineer), Arbor Networks Peakflow SP: System Administrator, Arbor Networks Peakflow SP/TMS: DDoS Detection and Mitigation (User), GREM (GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate) or equivalent certification Excellent customer service and communication (oral / written) skills required. Must be able to work independently or with a team, under minimum supervision, reporting to Project Manager of given assignment or Line Manager. Fluent English is a must, Intermediate or Fluent German or French is a great plus International mobility to serve our global clients and work with our global clients (50-100%) Europe or other continents. You accept readiness to travel up to 80-100% on average 60% also there are remote projects dependent on the assignment, mainly Europe but other continents are also possible.
