Job Description Within the Digital Transformation (DT) practice, we are looking for experienced Business Consultants to join our Customer Experience & Digital Marketing (CXDM) and Salesforce team. The roles can be at Consultant, Senior Consultant up to Principal Consultant levels. The roles are both business and technology focused, and operate across pre-sales, sales and delivery of Consulting (advisory) and combined Consulting & Systems Implementation/Integration projects. These are key roles in the DT practice, and will also liaise across our Digital Technology Unit, our Systems Integration business, Customer Experience Centre of Excellence and our Global Delivery Centres in Poland and India. The roles are Europe-based and involve extensive travel, mostly in Europe but as required worldwide. The roles require strong capability across business consulting, client engagement, deal-making, solution architecture (high level) and the ability to operate as part of a team to sell and deliver the full detailed solution to the client. Projects range from short-term board-level strategic advice, to full lifecycle implementations. The roles also require an ability to think from the client’s business problem angle, including the prevention of techno solutionism or framing solutions around an ecosystem of products when appropriate. The roles span the full lifecycle of consulting, from pre-sales, through sales and delivery (though do not carry a personal sales target). The roles form part of our vibrant, international Customer Experience/Digital Marketing team within the 250-strong Digital Transformation practice. Job Requirements Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant areas preferred Experience in consulting activities, some of which should be in customer experience and marketing technologies Expertise in the market-leading CXDM technologies, or an ability to develop this quickly based on prior domain expertise Knowldege of technologies such as Salesforce, Pega (or other CRM solutions), Magento, Sitecore (or other Content Management Solutions), Adobe (or other Marketing Execution solutions or SAP Hybris (or other e-commerce platforms) – trainings and certifications highly desriable Technical background in developing or configuring the above may also provide a solid background upon which to develop your career as a business consultant Fluent in English EU visa is a must International mobility to serve our global clients and work with our Consulting teams in London, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, Geneva, Madrid Location: anywhere in Poland, likely to be close to a city with an international airport (Łódź, Warszawa, Kraków, Wrocław preferred).
