Customer Operations Analyst Location: Warsaw Mars is looking for Customer Operations Analyst who will be responsible for implementing category vision and trade strategies in co-operation with Sales Team for assigned channel/ customers/ projects in order to deliver sales growth targets as well as achieve superior in-store presence. To provide analytical support, highlighting sales opportunities and generating insightful understanding from available market research, customer and shopper data. Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for assigned trade channels/projects, including: developing integrated strategic recommendations to drive long term category and sales growth in line with corporate and brand/projects objectives and based on category vision defining the optimum initiative/product/pack by trade channel proactively identifying volume opportunities and devising tactics to realize these opportunities understanding shopper trends changes and transforming knowledge into opportunities for category growth Provide accurate market information and highlight sales and distribution potential for in assigned trade channels, based on a thorough understanding of the market (especially customers) and all available research sources. Prepare and present specific information for customers and internal presentations. Maintain a comprehensive suite of data sources to provide insights from a wide range of market research, customer and shopper data. Recommend a portfolio of those data to provide delivery of relevant metrics to the Poland business and to ensure Sales team is equipped with strong and persuasive arguments that will drive volume growth. Demonstrated ability to operationalize and execute category vision and engage and influence both customers and key stakeholders behind it. Work with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to mutual grow the category, regularly visit assigned retail outlets monitoring common activities, delivering insights to build the future plans. Candidate's profile: Business university graduate. Fluent English and Polish is a must.
