A person on this role is responsible for helping develop & evolve the Cyber Service Strategy, providing expert guidance, security requirements and design validation for Cyber solutions, and delivering Solution Innovation, in partnership with Security Architects and Engineers. With us you will: Build strong relationships with clients and internal departments to understand the business challenges and opportunities for improvement Develop, lead, and communicate product roadmap to customers, prospects and all internal key team members Ability to manage multiple small to medium-sized projects (full lifecycle management) Define SLAs & KPIs, Coverage and Adoption, User Satisfaction, Portfolio Management Cyber Defence Solution Financials: Total Cost of Ownership, Pricing and Recovery, Budget Management Drive product pricing and go-to-market decisions Interface to Architecture & Engineering and Service Operations teams Influence policy updates, systems and facilities access Manage vendor relationship and oversee its projects Apply if you have: Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical / IT field) At least 3 years of experience in cyber security and at least 2 years of experience in project management Experience designing and operating one or more of the following solutions: (Cloud Security RedLock, Malware Protection FireEye/McAfee, Phishing, Data Protection, Network Security, Application Security, Email Threat Prevention, Database Security) Experience with one the following technologies preferred:(AWS, SIEM (Wazuh / Arcisgh / Splunk), SkyHigh, Imperva) Ability to work from Warsaw location Fluent in English (spoken & written) Valid permit to work in Poland Experience and understanding of Solution Management: Ability to supervise projects involved in evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures and/or workflows needs associated with Information Security Interface with customers to facilitate in the creation of moderately complex IT security architecture, analysis and engineering solutions to translate user requirements to solutions Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, including the troubleshooting and debugging technologies Oversee the development of solutions that meet current needs, yet capable of adopting to future needs Ability to create and manage documentation such as technical requirement catalogs, Visio diagrams, and technical strategy presentation Experience and understanding of the Information Security Environment, Concepts and Operations: Experience with enhancing and automating manual processes related to cyber security, including audit and compliance. Deep experience with information security in the domains of Cyber Defense. Solid understanding of cloud-based critical infrastructure systems security threats Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for performing security and threat assessments. Familiarity with latest security vulnerabilities, advisories, incidents, penetration techniques, attack vectors, and countermeasures. Exhibit a broad knowledge and adherence to security policies and procedures. Strong understanding of compliance requirements that may impact security and works with business areas and project teams to develop security solutions that address these requirements.
