Delivery Manager - 30369 Operations - Poland Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship We are looking for experienced and passionate people to join our teams in Warsaw. Delivery Manager Through deep client process and RDDS platform knowledge, this position is responsible for the on time and accurate delivery of assigned client deliverables including managing expectations and acting as the voice of ongoing operations with the client/commercial team, serving as an escalation point for off shore production, support & other teams and driving corrective actions and continuous improvements. CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU: Support SOPs (DMS Documents) development and continuous improvement for assigned clients Lead and support off-shore production team in issue resolution and process improvements Support the implementation of new services & platforms Partner with client / commercial and other teams to own SLAs, set expectations and deliver client specific KPIs (as required) Partner with DMS and other teams to contribute to the development and further improvement of internal and external KPIs through process standard improvement as well as work on SEV1 and other areas for root cause identifications and improvement plans development Support DMS team in day-to-day requests and escalations Support UAT and upgrade efforts via test planning, validation of staffing and status YOUR PROFILE: 3-5 year experience working within a service organization with aggressive SLAs Experience communicating and managing client expectations Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including indirect people management skills Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills both verbal and written Effective problem solving Ability and willingness to learn and drive improvement Analytical skills & basic excel usage Technology background Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions in matrixed organizational structure Basic Project Management principles (preferred) Basic Process Improvement principles (preferred) Knowledge of Nielsen products, and other GBS functions (preferred) YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO GROW: At Nielsen you will experience a dynamic, open, and solution-oriented international environment, where we support your development through a trust-based feedback culture and diverse training possibilities.
