This team is responsible for working with clients to define, design and implement highly effective dev/ops approaches to client projects. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate skills in helping organizations to understand, adopt and implement Dev/Ops practices to automate their software development and operations pipelines in order to deliver more reliable software solutions in shorter timescales. In particular, we are interested in people who have skills in architecting Dev/Ops solutions that span the whole software development and operational lifecycle, from initial backlog creation to live deployment and change activities. All roles are technical in nature but require a strong bias for operating in a client-facing environment, and the ability to operate across pre-sales, sales and delivery of Consulting (advisory) and combined Consulting & Systems Implementation/Integration projects. Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have the ability to describe complex technical solutions in meaningful business language that engages business stakeholders. Therefore, these roles also require an ability to think from the client’s business problem angle, including being agnostic of technology or framing solutions around an ecosystem of products when appropriate. These are key roles in the TS&I practice, and will also liaise across our Digital Transformation practice, our Systems Integration business, Customer Experience Centre of Excellence and our Global Delivery Centres in Poland and India. What we are looking for: Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant areas preferred Background in architecting, designing and implementing highly scalable software development infrastructures using containerization e.g. Docker Experience in using cloud based configuration management e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket desirable Knowledge of at least one continuous integration and deployment platform such as Jenkins, Travis CI, Bamboo etc. Experience in designing instrumentation and monitoring services for Dev/Ops solutions Skills in implementing highly automated software testing regimes using tools such as Jasmine, Protractor, Selenium desirable Internationally mobile and willing to work away from home on a regular basis (50-80%) Fluent in English Location: Anywhere in Poland likely to be close to a city with an international airport Ability to comply with all necessary visa and work permit requirements in order to successfully reside and work within the UK, EU and Europe.
