District Sales Manager Petcare (Royal Canin, Veterinary Segment) Job location: Warszawa Job Purpose: District Sales Manager will drive accelerated, profitable growth in assigned area and achieve strategic goals by leading and developing a high performing team of sales representatives. This role will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and providing recommendations for marketing activities within Royal Canin, our Petcare division. The Associate will coach Sales Representatives to deliver sales targets through excellence in availability and visibility of Royal Canin brand to drive recommendation. Description of the role, as a District Sales Manager You will: Deliver and monitor sales targets and key metrics for field sales Implement and execute field sales & marketing activities plans Manage field sales budget Be responsible for area sales forecasting process Lead assigned x-functional projects Lead recruitment, succession planning and organizational development Lead people development / on the job training / follow up on sales training / build competencies in field sales based Create a customer centric culture and focus on how to drive recommendation from business partners Create team spirit and engagement through inclusive leadership and by role modeling the 5 principles of Mars Plan & lead periodical sales team meetings Co-create marketing activities jointly with Marketing team Represent field towards internal stakeholders Candidate’s profile: University Degree required (preferable in Marketing, Business Management, Veterinary, or related field) Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Knowledge of veterinary channel, key customers & consumers or managerial experience will be an added value Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) to a variety of audiences Fluent in native language and communicative English skills Good PC skills (MS Office) Driving license (cat.
