Newly created Royal Canin structure covers Central Northern Europe (CNE) markets such as Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Baltics. The objective for new Custer is to unlock investment and growth opportunities via the use of scale to maximize growth & unlock efficiencies , without losing focus on local market specifics and executional excellence with our customers. The cluster CNE HUB office is based in Warsaw. The eCommerce Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the online business (annual NSV and strategic targets within an assigned budget) and driving the growth of the assigned accounts, in line with the agreed company strategy. The role is responsible for driving sales via the digital channel and building successful relationships internally with the appropriate teams to ensure full omni-channel execution. Key Responsibilities: Full responsibility for the eCommerce account P&L, define and implement the customized activity plans, including but not limited to managing online sales plans and execution, brand and corporately developed sales & marketing programs presentation on retailer sites, coordination of digital marketing campaigns and best in class product presentation with eTrade Marketing Manager Manage category basics, define and implement clear digital business and category development strategies for the account, including planning & review meetings. Implement, measure and monitor the performance of each account plan taking decisive action to deliver sales revenue in line with plan. Implement the sales vision for retailers including utilizing the principles form global playbook. Ensure national agreements are implemented and optimized as well as contribute to the development of corporate sales and marketing programs designed to meet or exceed sales volume objectives for the online partner. Responsible for the accounts sales forecasting process. Support and implement recommendations for account development. Ensure the account develops a true omni-channel approach and full implementation of marketing and product development plans in line with the customer strategy. Be the key customer contact representing Mars Petcare in day-to-day inquiries as well as in key account negotiations. University Degree required - a Bachelor or Master degree in business or marketing Min 4 years experience in successfully managing key account or trade marketing in FMCG Knowledge of Polish retail trade, key customers, consumers and pet food market and P&L Communication & presentation skills Fluent in native language and average English skills. Good PC skills (MS Office) Driving license (cat.
