Żywiec Zdrój is currently looking for: e-Commerce Manager Location: Warsaw Scope of responsibility: A new business model development and setting; Define & create logistic model: methods, schemas, optimisation, partnerships; Adapt the website platform - integrate the global model for Polish organisation; Define and develop CRM specifics for the Polish market; Close cooperation on e-CRM strategy with digital activation managers and brands managers Define and carry on the distribution path; Define and monitor KPIs (business, digital, logistics). Requirements: University degree; Open and available to develop multifunctionally; Experience in managing multifunctional projects; Entrepreneurial mindset; Goal-driven & resilient; Good communication skills and ability to build networking internally and externally; Knowledge of FMCG business including sales and logistics processes; Knowledge of digital/ e-commerce tools; Can do attitude; Mobile and ready for a short assignment abroad.
