In general, the responsibilities will be to carry out the efficient running of the Operational and Financial, Quality Health and Safety and Administrative Systems and associated function at site level. This is a key appointment within the contract structure and will require the individual to be a Strong self-starter. Providing management, and development of a site on a defined contract, ensuring financial, QSHE and operational commitments are met and exceeded. Ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented at site level Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both CBRE services and subcontractors activities and are regularly reviewed. This will include keeping logbooks related to tasks up to date and compliant Ensure site is staffed by fully competent teams during periods of personal absence, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place Meeting and greeting customers, colleagues and visitors Creation and management of security and access passes Management of site helpdesk system Assistance in booking and managing meeting room Delivery other site services including Post, Catering, Vending, Stationary, Office Services Support the delivery of the site services and resolve any issues that may arise Manage meeting room set ups in line with client requirements To manage the reception area and be first point of contact for visitors and client colleagues Assist in the coordination and management of sub-contractors who work on behalf of CBRE carrying out either planned or reactive maintenance Ensure the effective delivery of front of office services in line with SLA/KPIs Full compliance in accordance with all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements Ensure customer satisfaction is established and maintained by providing a 'quality' and pro-active service Working with other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues Development of site financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded Complete weekly BU Financial Report and Monthly Site Review reports to a high standard and in a timely manner Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met Attend and participate in any relevant training courses Ensuring the cleaning standards to the building are being met and costs controlled in line with budget in conjunction with cleaning team Fluent Polish and English in speaking and writing Job related experience is required - minimum 2 years in similar multicultural and developing environment Master’s degree or equivalent Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives Ability to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition and performance feedback Independence in action and decision-making Excellent quality of verbal and e-mail communication Ability to plan and organize work Punctuality, meticulousness, reliability and regularity Ability to deal with stressful situations Contract of employment – part-time (0.75 FTE 6 hour per day working from Monday to Friday) Great work atmosphere and working conditions Possibility to learn and grow further with CBRE GWS Be a part of interesting international project in dynamic fast-growing company Necessary training Private medical care, co-participation in sport card and facilitation in life insurance
