Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office: Housing Junior Analyst / Mobility Fixed term contract The Mobility Housing Junior Analyst is responsible for performing own online price research including analyzing price movements to provide transparent, and accurate expatriate housing data for over 430 locations worldwide. Reviewingfield survey results submitted by Mercer’sagents in order to evaluate the overall accuracy and quality of data Analyzing price movements and perform data checks (comparisons to previous surveys, comparison to similar locations, findings from own research and other statistical means) Performingown online price research Preparing Excel reports once needed Participation in the delivery of multiple surveys per year Reportingany technical obstacles or issues Actingas project team member on one or more surveys, ensuring that individual and team milestones are met MA or BA university degree in the field of philology, finance, economics or similar discipline; last year students welcome Analytical and problem solving skills/experience, ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of data General computer literacy (including good MS Excel skills) Very g ood command of English language ; Polish is not required Attention to details, at ease with numbers Strong communication skills Fluency in other major language (e.g. French, Spanish, Russian) is considered a strong asset
