You may join Contact or Transaction Service as an Analyst: Contact Center Analyst serves as the first point of contact with Associates, responsible for resolving queries and providing guidance for internal client. Transaction Center Analyst is responsible to provide support by performing a variety of transactional requests, including but not limited to processing HR administrative activities, ensure routing and approval of transactions in accordance with established business processes and resolve all discrepancies related to transactions.
