The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides a secure, integrated, efficient, enterprise-wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of P&G information assets and ensure IT access is aligned with business need. In this role, you would initially be responsible for improving and implementing changes to IAM systems and will play an integral part in this growing team. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of Directory Services, including executing ITIL-based problem and incident management processes for Directories either in an escalation capacity or through managing the activities of Tier 2 Operations Analysts to whom problems or incidents are assigned for troubleshooting and resolution. You will work with a variety of cloud services such as AWS and Azure and use your technical skills to run this operation on a day-to-day basis. With us, you will: Be responsible for the day-to-day operations within the Directory Services sphere Work closely with a growing team to deliver system changes and developments Identify and troubleshoot IAM issues on business hardware and software Work with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to secure software products and services Use the Active Directory to perform Access Management Apply if you have: Experience with ITIL (a certificate would be advantageous) and Cloud services such as AWS and Azure Experience with Microsoft Directory Services and authentication services A strong understanding of IAM and Directory services technologies such as: Controllers in the cloud environment (AWS, Azure). RadiantLogic VDS servers. Azure AD Connect and log analysis. Group Policy Object Management. OSI Layers and basic networking. ServiceNow ticketing system. Active Directory (ADDS) and Certificate Services (ADCS). The ability to work outside of office hours as required A work permit for Poland and the ability to work from the Warsaw location Fluency in English This role requires CISSP certification. Candidates without the certification must be able to pass the exam within the first 15 months of the role. P&G provides study preparation and exam cost coverage.
