Technology Strategy & Architecture team advises Deloitte’s clients how to leverage new technologies to effectively support business and enable innovative development. We develop IT strategies and help to plan complex IT transformation programs. We support clients in selection of best solutions covering end to end IT architecture (including CRM, BPM, core systems, integration platforms and Omnichannel Front End solutions covering not only Web but also mobile). We collaborate closely with other Deloitte teams (e.g. Digital, eCommerce) and leading technology vendors (e.g. Sales Force, Temenos). Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leadership; Lead Clients through architecture transformations; Participate in architecture initiatives regarding new systems deployments and evolution of existing solutions; Advice and create base for DevOps and Cloud adoption; Work collaboratively with Client’s business and IT representatives; Communicate with stakeholders and management team in a concise and effective way; Participate in developing Deloitte’s Community of Practice and standards. For Consulting Department located in Warsaw office we are currently looking for: IT Architect - Technology Strategy & Architecture team Requirements: Ability to define the architecture landscape both in green- and brown-field; Ability to define and execute the architecture strategy; Knowledge of architectural patterns and TOGAF9 framework; Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously; Versatility in terms of industries and architectural domains; Technical education; Analytical skills and thoroughness; English ‑ advanced level, both written and spoken; Good communication skills; Willingness to learn new systems and processes; Travel mobility (in Poland as well as abroad); Knowledge of SAFe will be a plus.
