DSV Global IT is accountable for the strategy, system architecture, development and day-to-day operation & support for our global infrastructure and business applications. At every IT position at DSV ISS you have a real influence and a chance to produce visible results. Handling services and hardware ordering process – quoting, ordering, communicating and archiving of orders. Handling process of new services provision – process initiation, specialists’ allocation, status updates, process closure. Managing communication with the providers and within the organization. Managing the list of IT services providers. Building positive relations with IT service providers. Maintaining network database. Planning and implementing initiatives allowing more efficient collaboration within the organisation and with the providers. Taking part in the core projects related to network. very good knowledge of English, experience from a similar position or general understanding in IT, Telekom or Network department administration, experience in Vendor Management – either from a WAN or IT company that worked with WAN Vendors would be an asset, ability to producing own procedures, reading contracts and frame agreements would be an asset, excellent work organization skills, meticulousness, tasks coordination and analytical thinking, very good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate as part of international team.
