Description of the role, as a Learning Services Operations Expert, You will: Play the role of Account Manager for selected learning colleges Develop new and continuously improve already deployed services Deploy and embed the global HR standard process and service delivery operations within learning department Proactively recommend improvements or development of new service by analyzing customers’ needs Set priorities and drive learning changes Serve as an advocate for continually improving behaviors and processes while enhancing the quality of learning services delivery Manage the implementation of continuous improvement projects partnering with stakeholders within and outside of the company Play the role of Communication Champion within company’s structures Provide Learning Services Metrics and Insights Prepare service center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends Candidate’s profile: University degree or equivalent required (preferably in HR, Management Systems) 4 years of business experience in the functional HR domain, e.g. HR process, capability and information or equivalent business experience Project management and process consulting experience IT literate, ideally experienced with learning platforms, case management consoles or other HR platforms Experience with managing customers or within Shared Services Environment Experience/previous exposure to a Learning Management Systems is a plus Fluency in English Benefits: Individual approach in career planning Attractive bonus system and pension plan Private medical care, life insurance and Multisport card Employee discount for company products and meals LI-JS1 Apply
