Schneider Electric What will you do? Your typical day might include the following: Our Learning Services Specialist with German will be based in Warsaw, Poland. In this role you will provide employees with learning services through end to end deployment of training courses, act as a learning consultant managing training programs and engaging with HR Business Partners from German speaking countries. Your job will require searching for, proposing and driving implementation of improvements to the Learning process. What will help you to be successful? The position might be for you if: You have a very good German and good English skills You communicate clearly, you speak eloquently in writing and on the phone. You can explain just about anything to anyone. You like helping people. Teaching someone something new makes you vibrate. You enjoy getting people to those aha moments. You get excited when taking on challenges and finding creative solutions. If you do not know the answer, you dig until you find it You have some knowledge and experience in HR area – that would be beneficial. However, what counts most is your willingness to learn and you can learn quickly. When things change you know how to roll with the punches and keep moving forward.
