Market Activity Officer Mars Polska Sp. Z o.o. Petcare Segment Job location: Warszawa We are currently looking for Market Activity Officer who will be responsible for management of business activities for Petcare Segment of Mars Polska. The Associate will facilitate activity execution process and lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects delivery. The purpose of this role is to ensure excellence in execution of our market project portfolio. Description of the role, as a Market Activity Officer You will: Ensure excellent execution of allocated activities within the market Lead allocated local market activities (mainly temporary mono-market promo, copack or display activities together with ownership for their delivery on-time/right first time Own efficient information flow between the relevant local and regional teams to enable effective activity execution Continuously improve Market Execution processes & tools to drive efficiency, in alignment with the regional mandate Lead crossteam meetings (MarketingSales) including scenario and risk management of new activities execution Maintain overviews of the market project portfolio and SKU catalogue Drive project portfolio alignment within the own area of responsibility and sscalates major issues or deviation to strategy to the Market Activity Manager Identify sources of non-value adding business complexity within the own area of responsibility and support the Market Activity Manager in recommending actions to optimize the range Candidate’s profile: University degree (Master Degree or equivalent) in a business related discipline required Min. 2 years of functional experience in a local demand/supply chain function or project/process management Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable interacting at various levels of an organization with versatile styles High level of pro-activity and willingness to take responsibility Fluent in English (written & spoken) We offer: Individual approach to career planning Multicultural, dynamic environment Contract of employment Attractive financial conditions with full benefits package: Private health care, Multisport, Saving Fund, Life insurance, bonuses Lunch vouchers Employee discount for our products Mars is a family-owned business with more than a century of history making diverse products and offering services for people and the pets people love.
