Regional Delivery Poland Center located in Warsaw and Łódź offers software development and maintenance services to DXC Technology customers all over the world. We are looking for: Peoplesoft CRM developer Responsibilities: Development and enhancement of PeopleSoft CRM and Sales components Provide feedback to functional designs Create technical designs and provide development effort estimation Develop functionalities based on the technical design Ensure compliance with design/development standards Debug and resolve defects/issues Support interfaces and data integration (Integration Broker) Participate in system release activities Requirements: Good knowledge of the Data Model of all CRM Modules (BORM Model/Case/Oppy/Lead/Task/Mail/360 View of Customers/Consumer) Professional experience in workflow configuration across all modules (Case/Lead/Oppy/Task) Experience in Integration Broker configuration Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL language Experience in Database Performance and Application tuning Experience in writing App Engines with large data sets Understanding of Object Oriented Programming principles Personal Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English Knowledge of French or Dutch would be an asset Good analytical skills, problem-solving, innovative thinking Team-work/collaboration skills Ability to do multitasking and perform under pressure We offer: Interesting career development opportunities, Work in an international company, Modern and friendly work environment with open door policy, Professional training, Competitive salary and flexible working hours, Private medical care, Social benefits system, Life insurance, Extended Wellness and Sport Program.
