PROJECT COORDINATOR For our office in Warsaw, we are currently looking for a Junior / Project Coordinator , who is part of the BASES Operations team, working as a liaison between the client service team and internal departments as well as external suppliers in order to ensure a high quality consumer data collection for our research studies. The role is ideal for those who are good at organising a complex workload and seeking to develop project coordination skills . CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU: Collaborating with client service on study objectives and client requirements Creating high quality questionnaires based on input from client service teams; coordinating translation process Checking programs for online surveys Acting as a point of contact for the client service team on survey set up, test product, concept logistics and data collection Coordinating, communicating and documenting all research study information, deadlines and changes, whilst managing timelines Creating study material for external vendors and monitor progress of interviews Liaising with internal and external departments on pre-field set-up YOUR PROFILE: Multi-tasking skills, good time-management and organisational abilities Problem solving and process improvement skills Ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate to attain alignment across teams Fluency in English - is a must Bachelor's degree or equivalent Excellent attention to detail Strong oral & written communication skills An interest in new product development and market research would be an asset but is not required WE OFFER: Stable employment in the well established consulting company Friendly atmosphere Development in the company being the world leader in providing the information about consumers and markets Package of medical care and social benefits We welcome applications from final-year students and recent graduates YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO GROW: At Nielsen, you will experience a dynamic, open, and solution-oriented international environment, where we support your development through a trust-based feedback culture and diverse training possibilities.
