Aldesa Polska is a construction company fully owned by a Spanish Aldesa Group focusing on renewable energy sector as well as industrial construction projects, civil works and public building. Due to our fast growth we are looking for the best candidates to join our team. Duties: Responsibility for final results of the projects, Overview of subcontractors, Direct cooperation with other Projects Managers, Responsibility for selection, retention, supervision and termination of all subordinated staff, Maintaining of organization of all budgets, cost to complete, variances, and provides updates to the controller, Periodic site visits for monitoring situation on the projects, Flexibility for managing projects across the country (reallocation is not needed). Requirements: Civil Engineer higher education, Having the right to manage construction works without restriction especially in civil construction works, Minimum of three years experience in Fit Out Projects of 2M PLN , Experience in costing construction industry, Skills MS Project, AutoCAD is a must, Skills to manage a team, around 10-15 people, Very good organization of work, Negotiation skills, Communicative English skills – desirable but not mandatory, Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities, Ability to create, lead and develop projects teams, Abillity of planning and delegating tasks, Financial and time results orientation, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
