WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Master degree in Economics/Political Science/International Relations/European Union studies A post-graduate degree/qualification in business administration (MBA) or business economics (MBE) is a plus Doctoral (PhD) candidates in economics/public policy are also welcome. Work Experience: 4 - 8 years business research experience, preferably in a consulting environment, think tank, third party research organization, research unit of a third-party policy advisory unit, public administration or EU institutions. Understanding of how governments function and high-level understanding of various branches of government Working with senior executive customers, who are the high-end users of the research output. Understanding of macro-economic issues, global markets, business, and technology issues at large. Experience of writing reports, and presentation slides for delivery to internal and external audience Experience on a team of consulting, industry or business research professionals. Experience in quantitative research methods (e.g. quantitative public policy analysis), data analysis and research to support high quality thought leadership and research papers is a strong plus Work experience collaborating in a team of research professionals, coaching of team members would be a plus too Business/ economic strategy background or experience would be advantageous.
